（株）田浦組は、令和５年１月２０日、長崎市内の公共工事の現場内において、塚元海事（有）の労働者が負傷した休業４日以上の労働災害に関し、塚元海事（有）の専務取締役である塚元安弘と共謀して、当該災害が別の場所で発生した旨の内容虚偽の労働者死傷病報告書の提出を企て、工事名欄に「（仮）西海市西彼町白似田郷地内敷地補修工事」と記載するなど内容虚偽の労働者死傷病報告書を、２月２０日労働基準監督署に提出し虚偽の報告を行ったことが判明した。 （株）田浦組取締役 森 孝志及び（株）田浦組 前代表取締役 岩永 一洋は労働安全衛生法違反により、それぞれ罰金20万円の略式命令を受け、令和６年６月８日にその刑が確定した。 このことが、建設業法第２８条第１項第３号に該当し、監督処分の対象となる。
