当該建設業者は、令和７年２月17日付けで行った経営事項審査申請（経営規模等評価申請・総合評定値請求）において、複数の公共発注の元請建設業者より請け負った建設工事について、実際の請負契約額よりも高い金額を記載した。 また、当該建設業者は、令和７年８月７日付けで行った経営事項審査申請（経営規模等評価申請・総合評定値請求）において、大阪府発注の元請建設業者より請け負った建設工事について、現実には「解体工事」に当たるにもかかわらず、「建築一式工事」の工事経歴書において、工事名から「撤去」を削除したうえで、その請負金額を過大に計上するなど、事実とは異なる虚偽の記載をした。
