株式会社クラフトの元役員（犯行当時取締役）は、秋田県が発注した業務委託契約の再委託先を自社とすることについて、同県職員から便宜な取り計らいを受け、その謝礼及び今後も同様の取り計らいを受けたいという趣旨で当該職員に現金を供与したとして、贈賄の罪により、令和７年２月１４日に秋田地方裁判所において、懲役１年６月（執行猶予３年）の判決を受け、その刑が確定した。 このことが、建設業法第２８条第１項第３号に該当すると認められる。
