令和３年５月24日頃、労働者との労働契約の締結に際し、賃金の決定、計算及び支払の方法等に関する事項について、書面を交付する方法により労働条件を明示しなかったことにより、第一電気工業株式会社、同社役員が労働基準法違反で札幌簡易裁判所にて罰金刑に処せられ、最高裁判所において上告が棄却されたことで刑が確定した。 このことは、建設業法第２８条第１項第３号に該当するものである。
