有限会社斉建工業は、令和５年６月10日に民間発注のピット掘削工事現場において、工事関係者に死亡者を生じさせた件について、令和７年１月６日に宇都宮簡易裁判所において、同社を労働安全衛生法違反により罰金20万円、代表者及び元役員を労働安全衛生法違反及び業務上過失致死により罰金50万円に処する旨の略式命令を受け、これが確定した。 このことは、建設業法第28条第１項第３号に該当すると認められる。
