株式会社丸惣佐藤組は、令和4年7月11日、物流センター新築工事（建築工事）現場において、型わく支保工を組み立てるときに、組立図による組み立てを行わず、また、高さ3.5メートルを超えるパイプサポートを支柱として用いる型わく支保工について、高さ2メートル以内ごとに水平つなぎ2方向に設け、かつ、水平つなぎの変位を防止しなければならないのにこれを行わなかったこと。なお、本件に関し、型わく支保工が倒壊し、関係請負人の労働者7名が負傷した。このことにより、株式会社丸惣佐藤組が労働安全衛生法違反で札幌簡易裁判所にて罰金刑に処せられ、刑が確定した。このことは、建設業法第28条第1項第3号に該当するものである。
