令和６年６月13日、東京都板橋区西台に所在する個人宅のエアコン取替工事において、株式会社Ａの労働者Ｂが、元請事業者である株式会社フロンティアエクスプレスの労働者２人と計３人で作業を行うに当たり、個人宅の外壁に長さ５メートルのはしごを立て掛け、当該はしごを登り、高さ5.4メートルの位置にあるエアコンの配管の切り取り作業を行っていたところ、当該はしごから墜落し、頭蓋骨骨折、脳挫傷、脊椎損傷等により意識障害、四肢麻痺等を負った。 これにより、株式会社フロンティアエクスプレスは、労働安全衛生法第21条第２項により東京簡易裁判所から罰金200,000円の判決を受け、令和７年12月12日に当該判決が確定した。 このことは、建設業法第28条第１項第３号に該当する。
