藤川電設工業株式会社は、令和２年７月６日、民間工事現場において、作業員がマンホールの蓋を開ける際に正規の器具を使用しなかったことから、右手指先を骨折した。この労働災害について、旭川労働基準監督署へ自社の倉庫で負傷したとの虚偽の労働者死傷病報告を提出した。 上記事由について、旭川簡易裁判所において、罰金刑が確定した。 このことは、建設業法第２８条第１項３号に該当するものである
