令和６年６月下旬頃、多野産業（株）代表取締役 小坂 裕一郎（当時）は、藤岡市が執行する「平井小学校体育館大規模改修建築工事」の条件付き一般競争入札に関し、同市副市長 塚本 英夫から電話により、前記入札に関する秘密事項である同工事の最低制限価格の教示を受けた。 令和６年７月３日頃、小坂 裕一郎は前記入札において、多野産業（株）に最低制限価格と同額の入札をさせた上、同月４日、同社に同工事を落札させ、もって偽計を用いるとともに入札等に関する秘密を教示することにより、入札で契約を締結するためのものの公正を害すべき行為をし、令和７年１０月７日に前橋地方裁判所から懲役１年６月、執行猶予３年の判決を受け、その刑が確定した。
