（株）堀内組の元従業員は、佐々町発注工事（管工事、電気工事）の指名競争入札において、同町元町長から最低制限価格に近い価格を教示してもらい他者へ情報を提供した。これにより、令和７年７月１０日に長崎地方裁判所において、刑法第９６条の６第１項、第６０条により懲役１年６月、執行猶予３年の判決を受け、令和７年７月２５日にその刑が確定した。 このことが、建設業法第２８条第１項第３号に該当すると認められる。
