株式会社武弘産業は、令和元年５月から令和２年９月及び令和２年４月から令和３年３月に施工した請負代金が建設業法施行令第27条第１項で定める金額を超える民間工事において、工事現場に配置する主任技術者が専任でなければならないにもかかわらず、営業所に常勤して専らその職務に従事すべき営業所の専任技術者を配置していた。 この事実は、建設業法第26条第３項に違反し、同法第28条第１項の規定により、指示処分の対象となる。
