株式会社サン・ウィン福岡は、令和６年４月12日、福岡県春日市弥生六丁目1番地の県営団地改善工事において、同社従業員に窓の格子等を取り付ける作業を行わせるに当たり、墜落による労働者の危険を防止するための措置を講じなければならないのに、これを講じなかった。 このことにより同社は、労働安全衛生法違反により、福岡簡易裁判所から罰金20万円の略式命令を受け、令和７年９月19日に刑が確定している。 このことは、建設業法第28条第１項第３号に該当する。
