阿部建設株式会社の元取締役は、水産加工会社の中小企業等グループ施設等復旧整備補助金の申請に際し、工事代金を水増しするなどにより、虚偽の契約書や見積書を作成し、当該補助金の不正受給に関与した。 これにより、令和７年９月１６日に仙台地方裁判所から補助金等に係る予算の執行の適正化に関する法律（昭和３０年法律第１７９号）違反により懲役１年（執行猶予３年）の判決を受け、その刑が確定した。 このことは、法第２８条第１項第２号及び第３号に該当する。
