平成２９年度中間貯蔵（双葉工区）廃棄物貯蔵施設工事の外構工事にて、令和元年１１月２５日に発生した４日以上の休業を伴う労働災害の報告書を提出するに当たり、富岡労働基準監督署に対し報告すべきところ、これを偽り、福島労働基準監督署に対し虚偽の報告を行った。 この件に関し、労働安全衛生法第１００条第１項及び労働安全衛生規則第９７条第１項に違反するとして、福島簡易裁判所より当該法人及び取締役に対し、それぞれ罰金１０万円の罰金刑が令和３年５月２８日に確定した。 このことが、建設業法第２８条第１項第３号に該当すると認められるため。
