株式会社京和は、令和３年６月30日付けで経営業務の管理責任者の変更に係る変更届出書を提出したが、令和３年６月１日から現在に至るまでの間、経営業務の管理責任者が営業所に常勤していなかった。 この事実は、建設業法第29条第１項第１号に該当し、同項の規定に基づき許可の取消処分の対象となる。 また、株式会社京和は、令和２年９月７日付けで宇治田原営業所の新設及び専任技術者の変更に係る変更届出書並びに令和３年６月30日付けで宇治田原営業所の廃止及び専任技術者の変更に係る変更届出書を提出したが、令和２年７月31日から令和５年６月30日に至るまでの間、専任技術者が営業所（令和３年５月31日以前は宇治田原営業所、令和３年６月１日以降は本店）に常勤して専らその職務に専任していなかった。 この事実は、同じく建設業法第29条第１項第１号に該当し、同項の規定に基づき許可の取消処分の対象となる。
