東日本緑化工業（株）の元代表取締役は、郡山営業所長及び代表取締役であった当時、本県の発注工事に関して本県職員から３件の設計金額を教わり、別会社の役員に当該設計金額を伝えて、うち２件の工事を落札させ、公正な入札を妨害した。 このことにより、令和５年９月２８日付けで公契約関係競売入札妨害の罪により懲役１年（執行猶予３年）の刑が確定した。 このことは、建設業法第２８条第３項（同条第１項第３号）に該当する。
