株式会社原山組及び当時の同社代表取締役は、令和２年12月２日、掘削した穴の中で作業をしていた同社従業員が、土砂の崩壊により加療約２か月を要する左足腓骨骨折等の負傷をし、令和２年12月３日から令和３年２月25日まで休業したにもかかわらず、令和３年８月17日に至るまで所轄の労働基準監督署に労働者死傷病報告書を提出しなかった。 このことにより、株式会社原山組及び当時の同社代表取締役は労働安全衛生法違反により、各々罰金20万円の略式命令を受け、その刑が確定した。 このことは、建設業法第28条第１項第３号に該当する。
