１ 当該建設業者の取締役であったAは、当該建設業者の業務に関し、２期の事業年度における課税仕入額を過大に計上するなどして、虚偽の消費税及び地方消費税を申告し、不正の行為による当該申告に係る納税額と、本来納税すべき消費税及び地方消費税の差額を免れた。 ２ １に掲げる事実等によりAは、消費税法（昭和63年法律第108号）、地方税法（昭和25年法律第226号）違反等により、懲役３年執行猶予４年の刑に処せられ、令和４年２月４日にその刑が確定した。 また、１に掲げる事実により当該建設業者は、消費税法及び地方税法違反により、罰金14,000,000円の刑に処せられ、同日にその刑が確定した。
