（株）梅沢工務店の取締役は、刑法（明治４０年法律第４５号）第２０８条の規定により罰金３０万円の略式命令を受け、平成３０年１１月６日にその刑が確定しているにも関わらず、令和４年８月５日付けで提出した建設業許可申請書に、申請者及び申請者の役員等が建設業法第８条各号に規定されている欠格要件に該当しないことを誓約する旨を記載した誓約書及び賞罰がない旨を記載した許可申請者（法人の役員等）の住所、生年月日等に関する調書を添付し、もって不正の手段により、同年９月２５日付けで同法第３条第１項の許可を受けた。 このことは、同法第２９条第１項第７号に該当する。
