有限会社高橋組は、令和５年９月13日に神町中学校校舎増築工事(建築主体)において、同社の労働者が脚立から転落し右足踵を骨折したにもかかわらず、自社の加工場で負傷した旨の虚偽の内容を記載した労働者死傷病報告を村山労働基準監督署に提出した。 このことにより、労働安全衛生法第120条第５号、同法第100条第１項及び労働安全衛生規則第97条に違反するとして、有限会社高橋組及び同社代表取締役は山形簡易裁判所からそれぞれ罰金20万円の略式命令を受け、令和６年３月16日に刑が確定した。 このことは、建設業法第28条第１項第３号に該当する。
