令和５年３月29日午後2時50分頃、建設業者Ａが旭ビルドの名で経営する建設業の労働者Ｂが、奈良県生駒郡安堵町に所在する新築工事において作業中、台車から荷を降ろそうとした際に発生した荷崩れで左手首を切傷し、その翌日に休業し翌々日復帰することになったが、建設業者Ａは、上位の請負業者である当該建設業者社員Ｃ及び元取締役Ｄらと共謀して当該事故の発生を隠蔽し、当該災害発生地を管轄する所轄の奈良労働基準監督署長に当該災害に係る労働者死傷病報告を提出しなかった。 このことで、Ｃは、労働安全衛生法（昭和47年法律第57号）違反により、罰金10万円の刑に処せられ、令和５年11月23日にその刑が確定した。 また、Ｄは、同法違反により、罰金10万円の刑に処せられ、同月22日にその刑が確定した。
