佐野電設株式会社は、山梨県笛吹市内の天竜南線リニア増強工事（２期）並びに関連除去工事（３工区）において、令和３年３月16日、労働者が作業中に負傷し４日以上休業したため、甲府労働基準監督署長に労働者死傷病報告書を提出しなければならないのにこれを怠ったことから、貴社及び代表取締役が労働安全衛生法違反により、それぞれ甲府簡易裁判所から罰金刑に処され、令和６年１月23日に刑が確定している。 このことが、建設業法第28条第１項第３号に該当する。
