有限会社難波重機の取締役である「儀同一」は、平成２８年４月１３日午前１１時４２分頃、滝川市黄金町東４丁目１２６番地２の「難波磨智子」所有地において、廃棄物であるオイルエレメント、タオル等 を焼却し、「廃棄物の処理及び清掃に関する法律」違反で起訴され、「儀同一」に対し罰金２０万円、有限会社難波重機に対し３０万円の略式命令が行われ、各々納付した。 このことは、建設業法第２８条第１項第３号に該当するものである。
