株式会社イハラの役員（代表取締役及び取締役）は、令和４年１０月２１日及び令和５年４月２５日、旭川市東旭川町上兵村の役員所有敷地内において、廃棄物である木の枝合計５．２２６キログラムを焼却した。 このことにより、廃棄物の処理及び清掃に関する法律第２５条第１項第１５号及び第１６条の２違反として、令和５年１２月１日、旭川簡易裁判所においてそれぞれ罰金２０万円の略式命令を受け、刑が確定した。 このことは、建設業法第２８条第１項第３号に該当するものである。
