令和６年２月27日、当時の日興サービス株式会社取締役が本社工場内において労働者に対しフォークリフトをその主たる用途以外の用途に使用させ、危険を防止するため必要な措置を講じなかった。これにより、同社及び当該取締役は労働安全衛生法第20条違反によりさいたま簡易裁判所から各々罰金200,000円の判決を受け、令和７年３月15日に当該判決が確定した。このことは、建設業法第28条第１項第３号に該当する。
