令和６年１１月２０日から２２日まで、貴社に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。講じた措置については、令和７年１月３１日までに報告されたい。記１．久万第１トリプルリフト及び久万第２トリプルリフトについて、適合確認検査及び１月検査の一部を実施していない事実を確認した。よって、整備細則の内容を確認の上、速やかに必要な検査を実施し、索道施設の安全性を確認すること。また、整備細則の内容についての教育を実施するなど、整備細則に基づく検査を適切かつ確実に実施できるよう改善すること。２．久万第１トリプルリフト及び久万第２トリプルリフトの整備細則及び点検・検査結果の記録簿を確認したところ、一部の項目について、正しい内容が規定されていないものや不要な内容が規定されているものがあり、点検・検査の結果が一部適切に記録されていない事実を確認した。よって、整備細則及び点検・検査結果の記録簿を正しい内容に見直すとともに、点検・検査の結果を確実に記録するよう改善すること。３．久万第１トリプルリフト及び久万第２トリプルリフトについて、四国運輸局に提出されている最新の工事計画と実際の索道施設との整合性を確認したところ、工事計画と異なる場所に救助装置が設置されている事実を確認した。よって、工事計画と異なる内容について、速やかに必要な手続きを行うこと。また、索道施設を変更する場合には、鉄道事業法に基づく手続きが確実に行われるよう改善すること。４．索道技術管理員が選任されていない事実を確認した。よって、要件を満足する者の中から、速やかに索道技術管理員を選任すること。また、鉄道事業法施行規則についての教育を実施するなど、索道技術管理員を適切かつ確実に選任するよう改善すること。【四国運輸局】
