令和４年８月に締結された建物賃貸借契約の媒介業務を行った際に、①契約が成立するまでの間に、法第３５条に定める書面（重要事項説明書）の説明を行わなかった。②重要事項説明書において、建物の上に存する登記された権利を「抵当権」とのみ記載し、その具体的な内容を記載していない。③重要事項説明書において、法令に基づく制限の概要について、建物の貸借において記載及び説明すべき法令の制限の有無を記載していない。④重要事項説明書において、本物件の所在する市が提供する洪水ハザードマップ上に表示されているにもかかわらず、洪水ハザードマップは「無」と事実と異なる記載をした。
