令和５年２月１４日から２月１５日まで、貴村に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。 講じた措置については、令和５年４月１５日までに報告されたい。 記 １.単線固定循環式特殊索道整備細則第８条に基づく音威子府村第１ペアリフトの索条の検査の記録について、一部保存していないことを確認した。 よって、索条に関する検査の記録を適切に保存するとともに、索道施設の検査を適切に管理できる体制を構築すること。 ２.音威子府村第１ペアリフトにおいて、索道施設に関する技術上の基準を定める省令第三十二条に基づく支柱に設置している旅客が遵守すべき事項の掲示の一部が損傷していることを確認した。 よって、当該事項を適切に掲示するとともに、今後同様の事象が発生しないよう適切に管理すること。 ３.音威子府村第１ペアリフトの夜間照明設備について、絶縁不良が発生している状態で使用していることを確認した。 よって、必要な措置を講ずるとともに、今後同様の事象が発生しないよう適切に管理すること。 ４.音威子府村第１ペアリフトにおいて、山頂停留場降り場ホーム手前に設置されている保護ネットを木製の板に変更していることを確認した。 よって、速やかに必要な措置を講ずるとともに、索道施設に関する技術上の基準を定める省令第十九条に基づき、今後同様の事象が発生しないよう適切に管理すること。 【北海道運輸局】
