被処分者は、令和４年１２月に、貸主Ａと借主Ｂとの間の建物の賃貸借につき媒介業務を行った。この業務において、①供託所等に関する説明をしなかった。②宅地建物取引業法第３７条第２項に定める書面（賃貸借契約書）に、宅地建物取引士をして記名させなかった。③同法第３５条に定める書面（重要事項説明書）に、誤って、法改正前の用語である、「宅地建物取引主任者」、「取引主任者」及び「取引主任者証」を記載した。これらのことは、①は、同法第３５条の２第２号に、②は、同法第３７条第３項に、それぞれ違反し、③は、同法第６５条第３項及び第１項第２号に該当する。
