ワンエイト株式会社は、その役員のうちに、建設業法第8条第1号から第4号まで又は第6号から第10号までのいずれかに該当する者がいたことで、同条第12号に規定する建設業許可の欠格要件に該当していたにもかかわらず、令和6年4月12日付けの同許可の申請において、同社及びその役員が欠格要件に該当しないとする虚偽の書類を提出し、同年5月10日付けで新規許可を受けた。 このことは、建設業法第29条第1項第7号に該当する。
