株式会社今井土木の元役員は、広島県が令和４年５月19日に入札を執行した「一般国道184号外道路維持修繕業務委託（路線委託・美ノ郷町外）」に関し、公正な入札を妨害したとして、令和５年１月25日、公契約関係競売等妨害の容疑で広島県警察に逮捕され、同年２月15日、当該元役員が公契約関係競売等妨害の罪で広島地検に起訴され、同年５月25日に懲役１年（執行猶予３年）の刑が確定した。 このことが、建設業法第28条第１項第３号に該当する。
