株式会社友工は、令和６年２月28日付けの建設業許可の更新申請において、代表取締役が常習賭博の罪により、令和６年２月16日付けで懲役10月（執行猶予３年）の刑が確定していたにもかかわらず、欠格要件に該当しない旨の誓約書（様式第６号）、当該代表取締役が賞罰を受けていない旨を記載した常勤役員等の略歴書（様式第７号別紙）及び許可申請書（法人の役員等）の住所、生年月日等に関する調書（様式第12号）を提出し、もって不正の手段により同年３月22日付けで建設業法第３条第１項の許可を受けた。 この事実は、建設業法第29条第１項第７号に該当し、同項の規定に基づき許可の取消処分の対象となる。
