（株）神谷商会が請け負った愛知県江南市内の建物の解体工事において、労働者に屋根瓦を外す作業を行わせたところ、墜落し負傷する事故が発生した。 この件について、同社及び同社の従業員は令和５年９月６日付で労働安全衛生法違反により犬山簡易裁判所からそれぞれ罰金２０万円の略式命令を受け、その刑が確定している。 このことが、建設業法第２８条第１項第３号に該当すると認められる。
