株式会社塩尻水建は、令和４年９月30日を審査基準日とする経営事項審査において、水道施設工事の完成工事高を水増しする虚偽の内容を記載した申請を行い、審査結果を得た。この結果を用いて塩尻市に対して入札参加資格申請を行い、令和５・６年度建設工事入札参加資格を得た。 また、令和６年９月30日を審査基準日とする経営事項審査において、同様に虚偽の記載をした申請を行い、経営事項審査結果を得た。この結果を用いて長野県及び塩尻市に対して入札参加資格申請を行い、令和７・８・９年度建設工事入札参加資格を得た。 このことは、建設業法第28条第１項第２号に該当する。
