（株）セイワは、令和５年１０月３日に建設業許可の新規許可申請を提出したが、その後に就任した取締役（令和５年１０月６日就任）について建設業法第１１条第１項に規定する変更届出書（以下、「変更届」という。）を提出することなく、また、新規許可申請の添付書類である「役員等の一覧表」及び「許可申請者（法人の役員等）の調書」に就任した取締役を記載することなく申請したまま、補正を行わず許可を受けたことが、令和７年６月５日に受理した役員等の就任等に係る変更届により判明した。 このことは、建設業法第５条、第６条及び第１１条に違反するため、同法第２８条第１項に基づき指示処分とする。
