ジェイアール東海コンサルタンツ株式会社外４社（以下「５社」という。）及び東海旅客鉄道株式会社（以下「ＪＲ東海」という。）は、遅くとも令和３年２月１９日以降、特定跨線橋点検等業務について、ＪＲ東海が提供する点検リストをもとに５社の中から受注予定者を決め、受注できるように協力する旨の合意を交わしていたことにより、公共の利益に反して、特定跨線橋点検等業務の取引分野における競争を実質的に制限していたことが、公正取引委員会により認定された。 令和７年１２月１９日、公正取引委員会により独占禁止法第３条（不当な取引制限の禁止）の規定に違反する行為を行っていたとして、排除措置命令及び課徴金納付命令が行われ、その後、それぞれの命令が確定した。 このことから、建設コンサルタント登録の全部門を停止した。 問い合わせ先：中部地方整備局建政部建設産業課（０５２－６８７－８５２３）
