白石建設（株）は令和2年11月10日、松浦市志佐町浦免に所在する他社の倉庫において、白石建設（株）の労働者が屋根のスレート板張り替え工事のために屋根に上がり作業を行わせるにあたり、幅30センチメートル以上の歩み板を設け、防網を張る等踏み抜きによる危険を防止するための措置を講じなければならなかったにもかかわらず、その措置を講じず、その結果、スレート板を踏み抜き約6.3メートル下のコンクリート床に墜落し死亡した。 このことにより、白石建設（株）及び同社建築部住宅課長は、労働安全衛生法違反により、それぞれ罰金30万円の略式命令を受け、令和3年7月30日にその刑が確定した。このことが、建設業法第28条第1項第3号に該当し、監督処分の対象となる。
