西野工業株式会社は、令和５年６月１３日に提出した建設業許可の更新申請に当たり、既に就任していた取締役について建設業許可申請書及び添付書類等の変更届（以下、「変更届」という。）を提出することなく、また、更新申請の添付書類である「役員等の一覧表」及び「許可申請者（法人の役員等・本人・法定代理人等）の調書」に、既に就任していた同じ取締役を記載することなく申請し許可を受けたことが、令和６年８月１５日に受理した役員等の就任等に係る変更届により判明した。 このことは、建設業法第５条、第６条及び第１１条に違反するため、同法第２８条第１項に基づき指示処分とする。
