株式会社国定電機の代表取締役は、営業所に置くべき建設業法第１５条第２号に規定する専任技術者（現行法では特定営業所技術者）が必要な資格を有していないにもかかわらず、建設業許可申請の際、当該技術者が必要な資格を有しているかのように装った資格証明書（１級建築施工管理技士の合格証明書及び一級建築士免許証）を提出し、もって不正の手段により、平成２７年１１月６日付けで同法第３条第１項の許可を受けた。また、令和２年１１月６日付けで同条第３項の規定により当該許可の更新を受けた。このことは、同法第２９条第１項第７号に該当する。
