令和７年３月９日に吾妻郡東吾妻町大字小泉地内で施工された補助公共道路改築事業（国道・連携）その１９（小泉３号函渠工事）において、法定の除外理由がないのにもかかわらず、同工事現場で労働者Ａらを使用して、約１．０７トンのＵ字溝を設置する作業を行わせるに当たり、移動式クレーン運転士免許を所持しておらず、また、小型移動式クレーン運転技能講習を修了していない労働者Ａを法定の除外自由なく、つり上げ荷重が２・９トンの移動式クレーンの運転業務に就かせたものである。 上記の理由によって、労働安全衛生規則及びクレーン等安全規則違反により書類送検されて、中之条簡易裁判所から令和８年１月２４日付けで罰金刑の判決が確定したものである。
