有限会社宮村産業開発は、令和３年７月20日、南陽市長瀞地内の舗装修繕工事現場において、タイヤ・ローラーを用いてアスファルトの締め固めをする作業に当たり、運転中のタイヤ・ローラーに接触することにより労働者に危険が生ずるおそれがあったのに、誘導員を配置しないまま、タイヤ・ローラーの進路内に労働者を立ち入らせ、機械等による危険を防止するために必要な措置を講じなかったため、同人が重傷を負う事故が発生した。 このことが労働安全衛生法に違反するとして、法人及び同社常務取締役（現場責任者）が令和４年９月20日、赤湯簡易裁判所からそれぞれ罰金20万円の略式命令を受け、これが確定している。 このことは、建設業法第28条第１項第３号に該当する。
