（有）中原組及び同社の代表取締役は、同社の業務に関し、令和４年10月６日、高松市香川町川東下217番地２の家屋解体工事現場において、労働者Ａをして、垂木等の解体作業を行わせるに当たり、同作業箇所は地上からの高さが２メートり以上あり、墜落により労働者に危険を及ぼすおそれがあり、かつ、足場を組み立てるなどの方法により作業床を設けることが困難ではなかったのにこれを設けず、もって労働者が墜落するおそれのある場所に係る危険を防止するため必要な措置を講じなかった。 このことから、同社及び同社の代表取締役は、労働安全衛生法違反により、それぞれ令和５年５月16日に高松簡易裁判所から罰金の略式命令を受け、令和５年６月８日にその刑が確定している。
