令和３年７月１９日に、貴町に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。講じた措置については、令和４年５月６日までに報告されたい。記指示事項１．貴町が行う教育訓練について、参加者等の実施記録がなく、欠席者に対する教育訓練及び予備原動機運転に関する教育訓練が行われていないことを確認した。よって、運転取扱細則等に基づく教育訓練を実施するとともに、実施した教育訓練は記録に残すなど、索道係員の知識及び技能の向上が図られるよう実施体制の改善を図ること。２．索道施設に関する技術上の基準を定める告示第３条に規定する索道の設備の検査について、検査の一部が実施されていないこと、検査の結果の一部が記録されていないこと及び支えい索の摩耗限度の判断に必要な基準値の記録が適切に保存されていないことを確認した。また、整備細則について、定められた検査項目が現状施設になく、整合性が図られていないことを確認した。よって、索道施設に関する技術上の基準を定める省令第４２条及び第４３条に基づき、確実な検査及び検査の成績の記録を行い、検査の実施状況を適切に管理する体制を構築するとともに、整備細則の内容を再点検し、同省令第４条に基づく整備細則の変更について、必要に応じて手続きを行えるよう、保守管理体制の改善を図ること。【中国運輸局】
