平野電業株式会社並びに同社の元代表取締役及び同社の元取締役は、労働安全衛生法（昭和47年法律第57号）第100条第１項及び労働安全衛生規則（昭和47年労働省令第32号）第97条第１項に違反するものとして、令和３年12月20日に、富山簡易裁判所から貴社にあっては罰金30万円の、元代表取締役及び元取締役にあってはそれぞれ罰金20万円の略式命令を受け、その刑が確定した。 このことが、建設業法第28条第１項第３号に該当するため
