被処分者は、令和５年３月に、２件の宅地建物の売買契約につき媒介業務を行った。これらの業務において、①専任媒介契約を締結したにもかかわらず、指定流通機構に物件を登録しなかった。②売買の申込みがあったことを、遅滞なく、申立人に報告しなかった。③手付の授受が行われないこととなったにもかかわらず、宅地建物取引業法第37条第１項に定める書面（売買契約書）において、手付及び手付解除に関する事項の削除を失念した。これらのことは、①は同法第34条の２第５項に違反し、②は同条第８項に違反し、③は同法第65条第１項第２号に該当する。
