令和５年５月１６日、東京都品川区内の株式会社シンガキ品川区大井７丁目計画新築工事において、最大使用重量を超えてくい打ち機を使用したことにより横転し、周辺の自動車上に落下し、自動車乗車中の労働者が下敷きとなって被災した。 これにより、株式会社シンガキは労働安全衛生法第２０条違反により東京簡易裁判所から罰金２００，０００円の判決を受け、令和７年６月２４日に当該判決が確定した。 このことは、建設業法第２８条第１項第３号に該当する。
