丹野土木株式会社の元取締役は，ソフトウェア開発会社社員と共謀の上，川崎町建設水道課元参事に請託し，公共工事の設計や積算等に使用される労務，資材等に関する単価表の情報提供を受け，令和2年11月26日頃から令和3年4月27日頃までの間に，その謝礼として同元参事に商品券を供与し，もって，同元参事の職務に関し請託して賄賂を供与した。 これにより，令和3年12月27日に，仙台地方裁判所から贈賄の罪により懲役10月（執行猶予3年）の判決を受け，その刑が確定した。 このことは，建設業法第28条第1項第3号に該当する。
