（有）伸洋工業は、松江市八束町江島所在の江島２号物揚場において、同物揚場に着岸中の浚渫船１６しまね号のグラブバケットクレーンを使用して、散乱するおそれのある捨石を同物揚場から同船に積み込むに当たり、これが水面に脱落するのを防ぐため必要な措置をしなかった。 このため、(有)伸洋工業及び荷役作業の現場作業に関する責任者は、令和７年２月２１日付けで松江区検察庁から起訴され、令和７年２月２６日付けで松江簡易裁判所より罰金刑の略式命令を受けた。 このことが、建設業法第２８条第１項第３号に該当すると認められる。
