令和元年９月２０日に保証協会の社員の地位を失ったことにより、当該地位を失った日から１週間以内に、法第２５条第１項から第３項までの規定により営業保証金を供託しなければならなかったにもかかわらず、これを行わなかった。 このことは、法第６４条の１５（社員の地位を失った場合の営業保証金の供託）前段の違反に当たることから、法第６５条第２項第２号の規定に基づき、令和２年３月３１日付けで、当該業者に対する処分を業務停止３０日とするとともに、令和３年１１月３０日付けで営業保証金を供託するよう勧告したが、その勧告に従わず期日までに供託した旨の届出をしなかった。
