令和４年６月２９日、徳島市東大工町の建物の解体工事現場において、有限会社ヤマト重機の業務に関し、同社の現場職長が作業員に車両系建設機械を無資格で運転させ、別の作業員が、当該機械に激突され、負傷した。 このことにより、徳島簡易裁判所から、有限会社ヤマト重機が労働安全衛生法違反により罰金４０万円、同社現場職長が労働安全衛生法違反及び業務上過失傷害罪により罰金６０万円の略式命令を受け、令和５年１月１１日にその刑が確定した。 このことは、建設業法第２８条第１項第３号に該当する。
